Retaining walls, underground tanks, equipment pads and concrete strengthening, built by a team led by a licensed Professional Engineer. Designed right, permitted where required, and built to last.
Reinforced concrete walls designed for your soil, slope and loads. Walls over 1 metre near a property line, walkway or entrance need a permit and engineering, and we handle both.
Cast-in-place reinforced concrete tanks for water storage and other uses, from excavation and waterproofing to the final top slab.
Bonded carbon fibre (CFRP) strips add capacity to existing slabs and beams, with little demolition and a short schedule.
Reinforced concrete bases for transformers, generators and other heavy equipment.
New footings and foundations, and underpinning to lower basements or support existing walls.
Structural work is designed or reviewed by a licensed P.Eng. Where a permit is needed, we prepare the drawings, apply and book the inspections. WSIB covered and fully insured.

A reinforced concrete retaining wall about 12 metres long along a sloped side yard, designed by M. Rabee Al Ramadan, P.Eng., and built by our crew: excavation, footing, rebar, formwork, concrete and backfill.

A cast-in-place reinforced concrete tank for non-drinking household water. Our crew handled the excavation, a full rebar cage in the base and walls, formwork, the concrete pour and the access hatch, then backfill and the finished top slab.

For an electrical utility, we strengthened the existing concrete roof slab of an underground vault with bonded carbon fibre (CFRP) strips, so it could safely carry a new transformer. The work followed the project engineer's design.
Watch our crew bond carbon fibre strips to an existing concrete vault slab, so it could safely carry a new transformer.

In Ontario, a retaining wall over 1 metre high next to public property, a walkway or a building entrance needs a building permit and an engineered design. Lower walls may not, but they still need a proper footing and drainage. We tell you at the site visit.
Often, yes. Carbon fibre strengthening adds capacity to an existing slab or beam with little demolition and a short schedule. An engineer must check the slab and design the system first.
Yes. We have completed work for an electrical utility and for condo corporations, as well as homeowners.
